We collect only what you type into our forms: name (optional) and email. It is used for one purpose: holding your founding reservation and notifying you at launch.
- No advertising mail. Your details are never sold or shared with third parties.
- The countdown demo runs entirely in your browser. Dates you enter there are never sent anywhere.
- At launch, your lease document is used only to set up your watch: never shared, never sold, never used for anything else. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
- You can ask for your details to be deleted at any time via the contact page.
Terms
- All content is general information only, as at September 2026, under the Retail Leases Act 1994 (NSW). Not legal advice. Lease interpretation stays with your solicitor.
- A founding pre-commit is a reservation, not a payment. Nothing is charged unless LeaseWatch launches. If the launch test fails, every pre-commit is released.
- At launch: A$199/yr founding rate (AUD, GST incl.), up to 3 leases, cancel anytime, 14-day money-back on the first charge.
- We are not a law firm and do not act for you in any dispute.
